Welcome to First California Health Center, located in the heart of Downtown San Jose. Our mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare services to homeless individuals in the Santa Clara County, including substance use treatment, counseling, case management, urgent care referrals, and mental health services. We also offer eligibility and registration services through homeless shelter locations, ensuring that all residents of San Jose have access to the care they need. Our dedicated medical team is committed to improving the health and well-being of our patients, and we are proud to be a part of the effort to address the healthcare needs of the homeless community in our area.
Services
